Terms and Conditions:
For all multi-day and season ski passes, a deposit of €3 per card is required. The deposit for the chip card is not included in the ticket price. The deposit is refunded upon return of the card.
Ski passes included in our packages are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or personal choice not to ski. In case of unfavourable skiing conditions, we are pleased to offer alternative experiences or added value services within the hotel (such as wellness vouchers, dining credit, or special activities).
