Easter Brunch at Hotel Bohinj

On Easter Monday, a special brunch will be served in the bistro, replacing the regular lunch offer for the day. The concept combines show cooking and a rich buffet, featuring a selection of traditional Easter dishes: eggs prepared to order, glazed ham and ham baked in dough carved in front of guests, prata, traditional poticas (tarragon, walnut, and layered potratna), Easter breads, naturally dyed Easter eggs, cold lamb leg, horseradish accompaniments, devilled eggs, as well as seasonal salads and soups. The sweet selection includes chocolate bunnies and chocolate cream. The price includes a buffet of non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea, and a glass of sparkling wine.

For the youngest guests, a children’s corner will be prepared with natural Easter egg dyeing, an Easter egg hunt, and colouring pages. Guests will also receive a recipe for a traditional dish.

In case of good weather, the brunch will be partly held outdoors on the terrace.
