This time, we will be visited by a well-known team from Hiša Linhart, which has been awarded the red and green Michelin stars. Culinary journey will take place on Thursday, 23.3.2023, 6:30 pm.
We are already looking forward to the third culinary “On a visit” event, where we host renowed Slovenian culinary chefs. This time, we will be visited by a well-known team from the Hiša Linhart, which has been awarded the red and green Michelin stars.
The team House Linhart focuses on stories written based on forgotten Slovenian ingredients and dishes. They claim that this is the way they present the richness of our country. Their carefully selected menu is composed of local, organic, traditional, and seasonal ingredients. Through seemingly simple dishes, they allow guests to taste the greatness of natural ingredients.
To sum up, our top chefs will prepare unique dishes that combine modern cooking techniques with traditional flavors of Slovenian cuisine.
This culinary journey will take place on Thursday, 23.3.2023, 6:30 pm.
It will include:
a six-course menu and a sparking wine welcome at the firepit.
The price is 80 € / person.
Guests can also use a wine accompaniment,
which together with dinner amounts to 115 € / person.
