ON A VISIT: The Repovž Restaurant Team
After the first sold-out culinary event with Igor Jagodic, we continue to host renowned Slovenian culinary chefs. This time we will host a visit by a well-known, green Michelin-starred and BIB Gourmand label awarded team of The Repovž Restaurant. Culinary journey will take place on Thursday, 23.2.2023, 6:30 pm.

After the first sold-out culinary event with Igor Jagodic, we continue to host renowned Slovenian culinary chefs. This time we will host a visit by a well-known, green Michelin-starred and BIB Gourmand label awarded team of The Repovž Restaurant.
We will put in front the experience of a genuine local environment, home ingredients and flavours set in the modern world. Despite the modern touch, The Repovž Restaurant remains true to tradition, as they operate in one of the oldest buildings in their place, where at least the sixth generation in their family lives and creates. This can also be observed in their plates, which they create with a lot of passion, love, work and energy.
Culinary journey will take place on Thursday, 23.2.2023, 6:30 pm.
It will include:
a six-course menu and a champagne welcome at the firehouse.
The price is 90 € / person.
Guests can also use a wine accompaniment,
which together with dinner amounts to 130 € / person.
The Repovž Restaurant team will provide an excellent wine accompaniment to our dishes, and their dishes will wine-paired by house sommelier of the Hotel Bohinj team.
