Did you know that Hotel Bohinj holds the Ecolabel certificate?
Since the renovation process, Hotel Bohinj has been following sustainable principles. Therefore, the process of obtaining the Ecolabel certificate was a logical step. This certificate is only awarded to tourist accommodation providers, who consider and apply high sustainability standards in all processes of their operation.
There are quite a few environmental certificates, however, the procedure for obtaining Ecolabel is considered one of the more demanding, as many indicators relating to energy, water saving, management, waste reduction, and communicating all these information to guests must be fulfilled.
We are pleased that we have officially received this certificate for high quality, environmental effectiveness and ecological efficiency.
